Aloo Paratha

Served with Mint Yogurt and dried white peas curry!  Stuffed Indian bread with spiced potato filling. Pan fried till crisp with ghee. This is vegan, full of flavour and very delicious.


This flat bread can be stuffed with many fillings like fresh spinach, mashed and spiced vegetables like cauliflower, carrot, onions, radish etc.



It’s good to serve this in breakfast, lunch and dinner.
