3/15 Reis, Chole, Badi, Salat und Chili-Gurke

Chole ist im Grunde Kichererbsen! Wurde über Nacht eingeweicht und 10 Minuten unter Druck gekocht. Mit einer Paste aus hausgemachtem Masala anbraten und 5 Minuten mit Garam Masala köcheln lassen.

Das Badi wird von meiner Mama aus Puffreis gemacht 😍

Rice, Chole, badi, salad and chilly pickle.

Chole is basically chick peas! It was soaked overnight, pressure cooked for 10 minutes. Sautéed with a paste of homemade masala and simmer cook for 5 minutes with garam masala.

The badi is made out of puffed rice by my mom 😍
